PRACTICES
Practices are every Sunday from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm at Middleton High School Pool.
Summer Sunday's starting June 20, 2008 at 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Parkcrest Pool. 
(Check this below for changes to the schedule)


The first half hour of the practice will be warm-up and conditioning.  The last hour will be broken up into passing/catching, shooting, more conditioning, and game drill.  After practice is over, there will be a five minute open discussion on rules, strategies, and suggestions.
